GENERAL POLICY Due to the handcrafted, customized, and hygienic nature of our jewelry and accessories, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.

LIFETIME WARRANTY VINAVAST offers a lifetime warranty on all authentic products purchased directly through our official stores and website. This warranty covers issues resulting from defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal, intended wear.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS The following are not covered under our lifetime warranty:
