FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. AUTHENTICITY & PRODUCTS

  • Q: Are all items sold on VINAVAST 100% authentic?

    • A: Yes. VINAVAST is an authorized retailer and official partner for all featured global and Japanese artisan brands (including TARO WASHIMI, HOORSENBUHS, GOOD ART HLYWD, and more). Every item is guaranteed 100% authentic and comes with official brand packaging or certificates where applicable.

  • Q: Why do handcrafted silver items have slight variations?

    • A: Because each piece is individually hand-forged, carved, or finished by master artisans, subtle variation in texture, oxidation, and engraving depth is a natural hallmark of handcrafted jewelry, making every item truly unique.

2. ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • Q: Do you ship internationally?

    • A: Yes, we provide secure worldwide shipping. International orders are dispatched via premium courier services (SF Express, DHL, or FedEx) with tracking provided.

  • Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

    • A: In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. For custom or back-ordered artisan pieces, lead times vary depending on the craftsman's workshop schedule (our team will update you individually).

3. SIZING & CARE

  • Q: How do I choose the correct ring size?

    • A: Please refer to our [Ring Size Guide] page for detailed measurement steps and size conversions (US / Japan / HK). You are also welcome to visit any of our flagship stores in Hong Kong, Macau, or Taipei for professional in-person fitting.

  • Q: What should I do if my silver jewelry oxidizes or tarnishes?

    • A: Silver naturally oxidizes over time when exposed to air, moisture, and skin oils. You can restore its shine using a specialized silver polishing cloth. We also offer professional cleaning and maintenance services at our physical stores.

4. RETURNS & WARRANTY

  • Q: What is your return policy?

    • A: Due to the handcrafted, customized, and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect upon arrival.
