Pre-Orders & Custom Artisan Pieces: Due to the handcrafted nature of Japanese and global artisan silvercraft, production lead times vary depending on the craftsman’s workshop schedule. Our Client Care team will update you individually with estimated fulfillment dates.
3. TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments outside Hong Kong, orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. ORDER TRACKING & INSURANCE

Tracking Number: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.
