GENERAL POLICY Due to the bespoke nature and hygienic standard of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged due to quality issues.

LIFETIME WARRANTY VINAVAST provides a lifetime warranty on all products purchased directly from us, covering defects in manufacturing and materials under normal, intended use.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear (including scratches, dents, and natural oxidation).

  • Lost or stolen items.

  • Damage resulting from unauthorized alterations or third-party repairs.

REPAIR SERVICES We offer professional repair services for damages not covered under our warranty. A price quote will be provided for your review and approval prior to beginning any repair work.
